Sponsor compliance

Most licences are lost to missed deadlines, not fraud.

Holding a licence is an ongoing set of duties to the Home Office. Compliance visits have risen sharply, and revocation curtails every sponsored worker's visa.

1. See what needs attention

Every expiring visa, missing check and unsent reminder, ordered by urgency, with the action and the date.

2. Evidence on the record

Check type, outcome, expiry, evidence file, full history. That is your statutory excuse.

3. Reminders that go out

90, 60 and 30 days before expiry, reviewed and sent in one click; sent status stays on the record.

Right to Work evidence

Evidence sits on each worker's record with expiry tracked, and follow-up checks scheduled for time-limited permission. eVisa share-code checks, not expired BRP cards.

Reporting duties

Salary, role, location and absence changes that must go through the SMS appear as tasks with a countdown — not something you remember three weeks late.

Record-keeping

Contracts, salary history, attendance and immigration documents in one company-scoped store, ready to produce if UKVI asks.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is there a free trial?+

No — there isn't a free trial right now. You choose a plan (Annual or the 10-year plan) and pay securely via Stripe Checkout when you set up your Company. There's no sales call and it takes about a minute.

How can it be this cheap?+

Most HR and sponsor compliance products are either a way in to a consultancy retainer, or priced per employee. MadyHR.ai is software only with no sales team, and we make money on volume rather than on your headcount.

I don't hold a sponsor licence. Is this still for me?+

Yes. Most customers are ordinary small businesses using it for holidays, contracts, timesheets and documents. The sponsor licence tools sit quietly in the Compliance module until you need them.

Does it submit reports to the Sponsor Management System for me?+

No — reporting must be done by your Level 1 User through the SMS. MadyHR.ai tells you what needs reporting and when the deadline is, and keeps the evidence that you did it.

Do you give legal advice?+

No. MadyHR.ai keeps your records in order and flags what needs attention. It doesn't make compliance determinations and isn't a substitute for an immigration adviser or employment solicitor — see our resources guides for general information.

Can my employees log in?+

Yes, on a self-service basis: employees can see their own profile, request leave, clock in and out, and view their own documents. They can't see other employees' records.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Your records stay available for the remainder of your paid term. Billing changes and export requests aren't self-service yet — contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

How do I cancel or change plans?+

Billing changes aren't self-service yet — contact us and we'll sort it out for you.
